RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packing. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
Please keep in mind that the actual original shipping costs incurred by us to ship your packages are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original payment for all returns.
When your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address to ship your package to. Items returned to us without first getting a return approval will not be accepted. Note that because we do not provide pre-paid return mailing labels, customers are responsible for the return postage charges.
Please email us at info@rawdah.co.uk including your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As soon as we receive your return, we will promptly issue a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your bank account.
